MANAGING BROKER
David serves as the Managing Broker and Head of Development for the Circa606 group. He founded the brokerage team after a long career riding the ebbs and flows of the market. He brings with him a diverse knowledge of multi-unit buildings, condominium design and single family homes. His keen acuity for both the immediate sales goals and the bigger picture gives him a comprehensive approach to your objective.
SCOTT
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Scott is the Operations Manager for Circa606. He has a well-rounded background in both residential and commercial construction management with an equal aptitude for commercial, residential and rehabilitation projects. He predominates in rough and trim carpentry, structural steel and can effectively manage the installation of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Scott brings with him a unique ability to approach property development and management with a balance of creativity and cost effectiveness.

BROKER & RENTAL MANAGER
Evan is our Sales and Leasing Director for the Circa606 team. As a licensed broker, he is an expert in all things Chicago and the perfect guide for finding a residence in this amazing town. Evan deals in apartments and multi-unit buildings all over Chicago and can guide you to the best neighborhoods Chicago has to offer for the right price and right space.
